If you are still renting to support your landlord you need to CALL ME so I can educate you on how much of your money you are giving them, when you should be giving yourself the same benefit. Also the government will give you back some of your tax dollars if you have not owned any real estate in the last 3 years. There are good loan programs that you may qualify for like FHA with 3.5% down or VA for veterans with NO Down. The Tax credit $8,000.00 is good until end of Nov.2009.
